Who we are. Everstead Market is operated by Everstead Market, 14518 Hempstead Rd, Houston, TX 77040.
Products and pricing. We try to keep product information, prices, and availability accurate, but errors can happen. We may correct errors, update prices, or cancel an order if a product is mispriced or unavailable, and we will refund you in full if we do. Prices are in US dollars and exclude shipping and applicable sales tax unless stated.
Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm shipment. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example for suspected fraud or stock problems.
Payment. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. You confirm you are authorized to use the payment method you choose.
Shipping and risk of loss. See our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the order, but we will help you with any freight damage claims reported in time.

Vehicles, trailers, and registration. If you buy a trailer, golf cart, ATV, or other vehicle, you are responsible for title, registration, licensing, insurance, and compliance with the laws of your state and local area.
Warranty disclaimer. Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where one exists. Except as required by law, Everstead Market makes no other warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.
Safe use and assembly. Mowers, engines, generators, trailers, hot tubs, and other heavy or powered equipment can cause serious injury or damage if assembled or used incorrectly. You are responsible for following the manufacturer’s instructions, using qualified installers where needed, and checking that the product suits your property, power supply, and intended use.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Everstead Market is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product.
Intellectual property. Content on this site, including text, logos, and images, belongs to Everstead Market or its licensors. Brand names belong to their respective owners.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States.
Changes. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site means you accept the changes.
